Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of eligible merchandise with seven (7) days of receipt.
IMPORTANT: The following merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation:
- Special Orders: items that were made or ordered especially for you.
- Final Sale Items: items with delicate fabrics, fragile beading and/or intricate embroidery.
- Wedding or bridal dresses: wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses or mother's dresses.
- Intimates: bras, shapewear or slips
- Sale items: any price-reduced item
Please note that we have no control over and accept no responsibility for the size you select. Please measure before ordering and refer to our size charts. Plan for alterations.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
If your purchase is eligible for return, please:
- Get a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot process your return without an RA. Please contact us to get one.

Inspect your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise that:
- Has been worn
- Does not have the original tags in their original positions
- Has tears, stains, soils or damage of any kind
- Is missing accessories, like the shawl or the straps

Send the merchandise back to us.

Your return or exchange must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the merchandise or we will refuse the package. No exceptions. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We will not accept COD. We only accept boxes with R.A. numbers written on the outside.

Receive a credit or an exchange. Credits are issued for your total minus any sales tax, shipping and handling, and/or rush fees. A $25 restocking fee applies on all returned merchandise.
