11) How long will it take
to get my dress?
Most dresses are Ready
To Ship today! Some dresses must be special ordered
for you which could take up to six weeks. Special ordered
dresses can also be rushed which will usually splits
the time its ready by half or three weeks at most. If
you want to know the availability of a particular style,
check the details posted under the larger image of each
each plus-size formal dress.

12) I'm in a real hurry, how
do I get my dress faster?
Many dress orders can be placed using a Rush Order.
You can also choose our Express Shipping service which
will save delivery time.

13) What does "Rush Order" mean?
Place a Rush Order for an additional $29.99 and cut
in half the time it takes for your dress to get to Sydneys
Closet from the manufacturer. So a dress that takes
six weeks to come to Sydneys Closet, arrives in
three weeks on a Rush Order. Then you must allow more
time for us to ship the dress to you! Important Note:
Rush Order does NOT refer to how and when we ship the
merchandise. It refers to how long it takes to order
the dress.

14) What does "Express Shipping"
mean?
Express shipping means that once we have your dress
we send it to you air using Two-Day Delivery or Overnight.
Otherwise, our standard ground shipping takes two to
five days depending on where you live in the continental
United States.

15) Do you ship outside the
United States?
Yes! We ship our plus size dresses to Hawaii, Alaska,
Canada and countries around the world with an exception
of Bosnia, Indonesia, and Nigeria.
We use United States Postal Service Express Mail or
Global Priority Service for our international customers.

16) How do I return or exchange
merchandise from Sydney's Closet?
Sydney's Closet insists you're a very happy customer.
Our policy allows you to email and return or exchange
eligible merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.You
MUST Contact Us
to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before sending
any merchandise back to us.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: Special Order Dresses; Specialty Items, Wedding
Gowns, Bridesmaid Dresses, Lingerie, and Sale merchandise
can NOT be
exchanged, returned or cancelled! NO EXCEPTIONS!
