Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipped via Standard Delivery (allow 2-3 weeks) and 2-Day Express (allow an extra day). In-Home and Basic Freight Delivery items are shipped at international rates. Please contact us for a quote.

You can track your order online once it has been shipped. For assistance, email us, or call 800-967-6696 24 hours a day. Please have your Order Number handy. Please note: Gift Cards, Basic Freight Delivery items, and Furniture Collection items cannot be tracked online at this time.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be shipped only to U.S. addresses and should arrive within 5-7 days. We'll be sure to send along a catalogue with your gift card. Standard delivery is free of charge. For rush delivery, add $6.00 for 2-Day Express, $12.00 for Next Day.
