Sydney's Closet insists you're a very Happy Customer.
You can return or exchange only eligible merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Before you buy, check individual item carefully to see if it can be returned or exchanged.
The following merchandise can NOT be returned, exchanged or cancelled: NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Special Orders - dresses and other items made or ordered specifically for you
- Specialty Items - delicate fabrics, fragile beading and intricate embroidery
- Bridal: Wedding gowns and dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses, Mothers Dresses
- Intimates: shape wear, slips or bras
- Sale: price reduced
We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your merchandise.

Returns: Four Easy Steps
Step One: Get a Return Authorization number

call 314-344-5066 8:30 A.M to 5 P.M CST Monday-Friday
No returns or exchanges without an Authorization Number.
Step Two: Inspect merchandise
All items returned or exchanged must:
- be unworn
- have original tags attached in original positions
- be in perfect condition
- have no stains, soils, tears, or damage of any kind
- be returned with all accessories including shawl and straps
Step Three: Ship merchandise to Sydney's Closet
Put your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the box.
Send your package to: (insurance recommeded).

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt or the package will be refused.
No exceptions! Shipping costs for return and exchange are non-refundable.
Sydney's Closet only accepts prepaid packages. We do not accept C.O.D.
Step Four: Credit or Exchange
Credits are issued in a timely manner in the form of original payment minus shipping, handling and rush fees and any sales tax.
In addition, there is a $20 restocking fee for all returned merchandise.
Exchanges:
We make every effort to exchange eligible merchandise
for a different size, color or style. However, we can not guarantee the item you want will be available when you want it or be available at all. Our inventory varies from day-to-day and hour-to-hour during peak shopping periods such as Prom and holiday.
